This was an Investor Relations train wreck.
What where they thinking.
Chairman clearly out of her depth. Can not provide a forecast for 31 December some 5 weeks away. Very strange attempt to include a resolution on the appointment of auditor only to withdraw at the last moment in the course of the meeting.
I despair.
A company with so much potential being destroyed by an inexperienced Board and the shareholders bear the cost. The rot has got to stop. Clearly a majority of shareholders have had enough given the substantial rejection of the Remuneration Report.
