I think, and am willing to stand corrected, that it needs FIRB approval for Joe to go past 50%, and agricultural land is a particularly sensitive area, so they could knock it back.
Anyway I think Joe might be in a bit of cash trouble at the moment, I don't think he would be in a position to up his position further in a company that doesn't pay dividends.
