I’m mostly intrigued as to why Don McGauchie spoke over Jessica Rudd and answered on her behalf. This action betrays all pretence of the ‘independent’ board directors being allowed to have an opinion or even deem a valid shareholder question worthy of a real response.

jessica Rudd should own shares, and answer as to why not (e.g. is she privy to information that makes it a very bad investment?). However this could be seen as secondary to the fact the directors have no opinion, no accountability (usually hiding by holding AGMs in the Northern Territory etc) and the institutional holders just keep buying the Tavistock story - despite years of evidence for insider deals sending cash back to Tavistock.
