I am sure it gives them all warm fuzzy feelings pretending they are doing wonders in the value added markets. It is very exciting and very good for the ego I’m sure. And to actually be part of the food business, rather than just a boring old cattle breeding (with some finishing) operation.
But I have done the numbers before and have had very little feedback , so I am not going to do them again...... but I want someone else to do the numbers this time as to how they would go if they just stuck to their core competencies!
I truly believe that what you have here is management pulling the wool over the eyes of shareholders. I do wonder when the major the shareholder might actually wake up!
