I agree with what you're saying Ichabod, but does anybody here have an understanding of FIRB's ability to block the deal in that scenario? I would expect Tavistock to do a Stanbroke and sell it off anyway, but surely FIRB (if they can) would block someone with Joe's resume from owning 1% of Australia's landmass?
