Doesn't look like much more than chair shuffling to me to be honest. David Haines is the out going Chairman but he still is staying on as a non-executive director, whilst a current non-executive director Drew Kelton is stepping up to take on the role of Chairman. Drew looks the goods with plenty of depth and experience, maybe just what the company needs to take it too the next level. It's possible that David is burnt out and looking to take on less responsibility, who knows except for David himself.
