It's just the chairmen. AN important position, but non operational.r they do not provide strategic direction.. Directors are only their to give guidance to management - I think that's the nuts and bolts of their duties anyway. It's more about governance, not running the company. And the chairmen is only responsible for chairing discussions - right? The chairmen is like the boss of the directors, he chairs their meetings and they only meet ever now and then
he is still a non-executive director brew. He is just stepping down as chairmen.
