    "We have had communication from Eramet this morning, indicating that Eramet will query the basis of MDL’s previous TiZir guidance. We are reviewing in conjunction with our legal advisers."

    Looks like ERAMET are in to argue the points and aren't going to budge easily.

    Lets hope a good deal turns into a great one and isn't sunk by greed.
