    could not agree more! IMO a rather cowardly address. I wasn't sure if he was joking when he said the board had always acted with shareholders interests in mind. Maybe he meant they were acting with Hanglong's share holding interests in mind..?

    My take on your plate of crap scenario is; here take this plate of crap now, and once you've been bought out for 0.45c, we'll be eating caviar with out you...

    IMO the only thing that can save this board's reputation is a counter bid
