    I would think that noble have their fingers in everything.. including finance.. and imo at least they should not be allowed to vote bc of clear conflict.

    Having said that.. there are probably enough loop holes to drive a majority shareholder collusive vote through without them needing to declare such.

    Nice purchase today.. it'll b great to see RES trade double digits again..
