I have been doing a bit of reading of the past threads.
MMR did not trade during the last big upswing in '21.
I assume this is due to the fact that approval was not granted.
Must have been frustrating for holders, watching BPH SP going off. Lots of frustration being expressed in these past posts.
If MMR need to issue circa 1B shares, the result will be substantial dilution, however, this is unaviodable if they must do a CR before they are permitted to list. I cant imagine that the can find enough instos and sophs, possible not even inviting existing holders. This may need to go public.
How do we know that they will indeed relist, forthwith, upon CR. From my understanding, as CR is the last tick MMR need to get in oreder to re-list.
Can anyone enlighten me on MMR guaranteeing re-listing and providing a timeframe.
