...capital raising should be offered to those shareholders as the "1st cab off the rank"

.........................after relist ....that amount...would be the proof that the parent company

..can RAISE a lot more with the SP @ ....35 cents


....i wish some of the above shareholders would speak out about this ....as a SH of BPH ...the last 3 years have been extremely BAD ....but nothing, nearly as bad as what MEC SH`s have had to put up with.

Lets get approval FIRST and then we can move on to Raise the Cash.

p.s. the directors have already taken a big bite of 0.004 shares for services rendered [e.g. PDF]
