Lets get approval FIRST and then we can move on to Raise the Cash.

p.s. the directors have already taken a big bite of 0.004 shares for services rendered [e.g. PDF]

Thats alot of retail investors they need to get to commit to purchasing alot of shares.

I would imagine any CR would be open to anyone, sophs, stumping up a decent amount would be welcome.

PEP-11 needs to be approved otherwise MEC is cactus.
