    All good, I did not pick up the typo as I read the word in context, understanding you meant existing.

    I would hope that they do offer the shares to exisitng holders of any or all - MMR, BUY and BPH.

    Having said that, I am sure they would grab with both hands, any larger offers from 708 investors.
