i would have thought the numbers of "excluded" dont seem to stack up considering GB can't vote for himself or things that directly affect him?
(obviously not an issue for CR haha)
or maybe I missed this in the meeting and there is a reason behind that.
1505m shares on offer in total I believe. Numbers seems off?
