How good is this. It's not often I get excited by reading AGM addresses but yeah, this one got me excited.

Simply put - I love the way TG goes about running his companies. Honest communication, no BS, doesn't espouse garbage and pie in the sky crap, he doesn't over-promise and under-deliver - ever. He is never one to shout that it's all about him, always giving kudos to his team - the team that he has been instrumental in building. He pushes them hard and gives them the clear mandate to chase success. Pretty impressive leadership tbh and I think we all know what he is capable of delivering. Just knowing where CHN and LTR were not that long ago and the fact they are now multi $bn MC beasts... makes me very comfortable sitting tight with my holding.

Bring on Xmas and 2022 - I have a feeling it's going to be a cracker.
