1. The price of rare earths have decreased from $120 down to $60 and a long-term prediction for rare earth prices is between $100-$200.2. This project is a long-term project and given it will take two springs to map all the flora and then an extra year by environmental protection so a minimum of three years getting environmental clearances
3.The project is still in early stages of development so there’s no scoping study done and resource is still being worked out by further drilling. So what investor would invest at this early stage I have because I think the payoff down the track is going to be huge.
