If anything the announcement/ban should put attention on the REE sector as a whole. Hopefully a rising tide should lift all ships...

If the resource is half as good as OD6 claim, it's only a matter of time until the market takes notice. I think the challenge is funding and getting a cornerstone investor, until that happens it will be a sleeping giant.

The average REE timeline from drilling to production is something like 10 + years, so alot of investors probably prefer to utilise capital in businesses that are further progressed/likely to be profitable in 12 - 24 months.
