If that's the case, PAB management need to be relieved of their duties. This is potentially a world-changing treatment and PAB management are squandering the opportunity. If the above was true, PAB would be funded by a reputable corporate partner, would have a JV in place, or would have been taken over.
We know the process is slow, but when you have excellent management - things happen along the way. I fear we are stuck with a bunch of plodders who are following a manual, setting out some timelines, ticking some boxes, while they manage their non exec duty dance cards. I'm amazed that PAB think it's their major corporate development for the year to hire another non exec director. How is that a strong corporate development? A corporate development at this stage should be a JV with a major global pharma. I'm going to put it down here. In 12 months current CEO will be gone.
