forget the merger, 1, nature is backdoor listing, ASX could not allow anymore. 2 , they actually want cash, at least multi million cash, at current SP, no way to get multi million cash on the capital market, even it can, current RGS shareholders could be diluted to nothing left. 3, USA should be the best place to raise funding for its research, it cannot get funding there , for me means the tech itself is just so so.
You may not know this company very well, SP already answered you the quality of its tech, the management is also a mess, I understand like teacher with students model. Just my view.
