it's to say interest rate should rise in conjunction with the US rate. it's a must

when interest rate rises the housing market should be slowing down and first home buyers will have to keep more savings instead of buying/looking for houses.

actually the housing market has been investors market because prices have been rising too fast that keep first home buyers out of the market.

when rate is about to rise then investors will have to buy houses and lock them in with fix interest rather than variable. The market is still investors market.

I don't know much about NZ market but NZ is still a green country.

Tme NPAT increased 10% it's far better than other companies where they couldn't make money due to the no. of employees that eat into their balance sheet.
