Btw I use a discounted cash flow model to estimate fair P/E ratios and compare different stocks, so for SNL assuming the EPS can continue to increase at around 14% at least for the next 5 years (as management has repeatedly provided assurance) before it settles at a lower, longer term growth rate of 8% then the fair P/E ratio now would be ~70; but P/E would drop to just 37 if the longer term growth rate is reduced to 6%. Just some numbers to play with...
