Sickman is probably going to be a hard negotiator, and we want that on our side. We know what it's like being on the other side, right?
I think he strongly believes in the Battery technology, and that the regulatory barriers don't exist in the same way as they do with diagnostic testing. I haven't asked him about that, I've had very short and few conversations with him. However, it's just logical.
He has a legal background. EU law, sure, but he knows how to negotiate.
