I wish you'd stop this nonsense about AS being the CFO - he was not, as you've already been told.

Timeline.

Peter Harding-Smith was appointed as CFO on 26 Oct 2016, he resigned on 31 July 2017.

AS was appointed as an Independent Non-Ex Dir on 16 May 2017 (pre P H-S resig). In that appt notice Hurrell also asked him to assume the Chair of the Audit and Risk Comm......he thanked RM for his tenure in that role and said he (RM) would remain on as a committee member.....RM resigned from the Board and as co-Co. Secretary on 29 Sept 2017.

As part of Peter H-S's resignation ann, it was ann'd that Glenn McInally, Principal of McVinish + McInally would do the CFO work on a contractual basis, and would work closely with AS, Chair of the A&R Comm.

On 28 Aug 2017 Mr Julien McInally was appt'd as Co. Sec. (I can remember thinking, nepotism?).

I don't recall seeing any other notices that changed the above appt's.
