Semi Retired, again you miss the point. You want to GC to kept and you're arguing for him, but you give no evidence or facts to support it. The facts are that the company has had no real revenue or deals in the last 8+ years under his leadership, while he pocketed millions of dollars in pay. You think AS should pay and be voted off for some imagined slights against the company in his 6 months there yet GC shouldn't and has nothing to answer to in 8+ years? Again, make an argument for his performance for the past 8 years and how it's different and better than AS in 6 months. No smart ass comments this time, just a genuine interest in your position. If you are a major shareholder as you say, you should have a high standard of analytical analysis.

Who says they weren't? RM was disposed off, a good job. Who says that wasn't thanks to both of them? What evidence do you have that they weren't working together? Eseentially the company has moved back onto the right track in the last 6 months. Wouldn't that be evidence of them working together?
Also, will you answer my original question? How are you aware of the votes of both of them? And can you state right now that GC voted for AS? AS didn't vote for GC? Did they tell you who they voted for?
