Yes with Studley gone (and overwhelmingly voted out) there is obviously some big shareholders not voting for him who were influenced by some in the know or with a certain perspective of how events over the last few years have played out.
Chairman obviously peeved and back off to USA so I would say there is anything but stability going on behind the scenes.
At least JM seemed happy : )
