All reasonable and very possibly right. I'm often wrong ;-)
Restraint of trade usually has a geographic limitation set on it, so if coming from overseas (possibly even out-of-state), it may not matter. I wonder how long they've known they were going to replace JV, as the search may have started prior to the sale of DIA. Anywho, just some guesses on my part.
