The Chairman's address to my eye lacks certainty. For example he says:

"Los Calatos has the potential to support a long-life, low cost operation in an investment friendly jurisdiction. Further, the project is highly deliverable..."

He doesn't say the resource WILL support a long life low cost operation, just that it has the potential too. He doesn't say Metminco will deliver it, just that it's "Deliverable." Also the stuff about "Plan B" is hard to believe. I doubt that they've thought that through beyond acknowledging that if what they're doing now comes unstuck, they might as well try something else. They certainly didn't provide any detail. I've been following this for a long time and have held it in the past, but there's nothing here to persuade me to buy.
