I have. The only one I could find with a 'forward PE' (not today's PE, since it can't be calculated) was RCL: an astounding 634.98, compared to 3PL's 'forward' PE of 116.22.
Companies aren't identical but one could make a case that 3PL is presently undervalued. I'll leave to others to assert by how much, as I'd be happy with a share price rise to even $1.55 in the short term, a long way from the '$3' quoted.
