    With a straight face the chairman says if you partake in the SPP it may go some way to meeting you concerns regarding dilution.
    That's like saying Don's Bradman's average was over 25. True but completely misleading.
    Disingenous - yes.
    Unethical - probably.
    Dishonourable. - Certainly.
