so PDL shareholders have approved the scheme 95%-5%. we're merging with PPT. i'm staggered that the SP has not gapped up. this is a done deal now. why are more ppt shareholders not selling PPT adn buying PDl instead? at 4.91.....you can ineffect buy PPT for 23.10.....or a $1.10 cents cheaper than the current SP?!?!? 3 times more than the special divi on offer?
