The tone sounds like the take over from AMER is out of the window unless the consideration is huge.

That may sadly bring the sp down for short term when AMER is out. Perfect opportunity to acccumulate if it did happen.

Personally I think it's better to have AMER out of the picture. It's a distraction. Do we need them ? No. Why give the gold away for cheap when we can dig them up ourselves.

All speculation but I have my cash ready if anyone want to throw their shares to me cheap
