When Amer came along NTL was on the on the fence of whether it will be funded into production or not. Also before the Newcrest JV.

I think the board are very wise to communicate shareholders unwillingness to hock off our gold mine assets to them.

Let's face it - there is a history of Chinese companies buying up distressed ASX listed companies on the cheap for backdoor listing purposes, NTL is dual listed and had an MCAP of like $4m at the relevant lead up time.
