Nice to see a big starting section commenting on Shareholder support.

Also glad to see the CEO has noted the funds raised have changed the environment and will impact any deal the shareholders need to approve. Words like co-operation and closer relationship are starting to replace ideas of control and takeover. I would still like to see some more details but would not expect anything further until it has been discussed between both parties tomorrow. I'm still open to listening but not seeing what can be brought to the table as of yet.
