while a number of us do our best to provide an overview of what was discussed at the AGM, recording it and posting it on a public forum could get you in serious trouble. I am no lawyer but I thought it was illegal to record without consent (if you don't have it) and then post it. AGM's are for shareholders benefits and you can't get in unless you are one. Not sure posting it for non shareholders is right, even though most people hete are shareholders. Wouldn't want info going to others for ill intent. Your call at the end if the day.
