    The sell side is loaded up at 14, 14.5 and 15 cents.
    The buy side has plenty of depth at 12 and 12.5 cents
    This suggests whoever is accumulating is able to control the transaction between 13, 13.5 and 14 cents at this point.
    The share price has been basing at these levels for a very very long time, so hopefully it breaks out and we head higher soon.
