I think they are quite concerned about that. If you listen to the AGM, all the questions relating to due process and oversight of the merger processes were fobbed off to their mysterious expert advisers.
They were Putinesque in trying to distance themsleves from the actual decision-making process.
I'm so sick of these people who are happy to take their directors fees but don't actually do their jobs properly. Just going through a very similar thing with FFX.
