What an absolute disgraceful address to shareholders when our share prices have all collapsed with some being almost worthless. And to say he is about to establish more companies supported by DGR, what the 'f' is going on. He ups his pay in SOLG from $450k two years ago to now $600k plus $3million in SOLG shares and has strategically allowed the price of this company to drop by over 50%. No announcement when he will convert this now $6 million+ of shares.....presumably better to buy them at 20p rather than at a higher price which if he released all the information concerning drill results, permits, etc he would get a lot less shares. By all means sell Alpala alone, and retain his increased equity in the rest of the asserts....35m options, plus the lions share of the additional 80million still to be allocated. Let all the daughter companies go broke and come in with his business mates with a rescue plan and own them as well. BHP and a long list are fully supportive of his strategy. He is only screwing the rest of us. Predict that NC will also up their ante shortly so that they can continue with the love fest.
