My meaning was "public" company - a bit more disclosure and communication. It may well be that old mate was treating it a little too much like "his" company. In any case the number of votes against him has to say something about the vibe within management.
As you know I am still bullish on Shekel. I am merely wonder why he was rolled. And if he had to go, then perhaps this is a good sign. Just because you hold a significant portion of a company, or even started a company, it does not mean you necessarily are going to make a positive contribution to the company. It is a different skill set.
