    You make a great point re a possible sell down.

    Obviously that hasn't occurred.......there can only be one reason for that.......he knows what is happening internally now and the likely outcome in the future.

    Reading between the lines - even after being ousted he understands the value of the shares and right now the value is below what they should/will be worth.
