    Hi @sighsigh

As I stated above, their moats are due to their scale, distribution and low-cost production. As they grow their number of stores (both physical and online) and increase the volume of products they are selling, they will be able to order/manufacture more at cheaper prices, enabling them to be profitable from tighter margins and lower prices (respective of quality) that smaller stores would not be able to make a profit on. I would like to see a bit of improvement in LFL Sales and same-store growth though as I see this deteriorating. I think it's a good long-term hold currently as long as they continue to successfully execute their expansion strategy, however they are trading on a pretty high PE and if growth-by-expansion slows combined with a lack of growth in LFL sales we could see a nasty re-rate once this becomes apparent to the market.
