    Appears to be a lot of "we dont need to sell, we wont sell if the price isnt high enough" etc etc coupled with the drop off in the SP and the lack of buy side weight makes you think they've received little in the way of decent offers.

    Also noticed they thanked Towner for his service but didn't include a 3 year chart of the SP in with all the other charts?
