What a stupid thing to say - I'm a concerned informed investor and I don't want to see my money go down the drain with these clowns. They have no idea about raising capital and the company needs that - it's a stupid vindictive action on their part. As for dumb - perhaps you're looking in the mirror. How dumb do you have to be not to see what is going down here.
