My Reply:

1. My take is I reported what I heard.
2. Happy? Yeah but not because of anything MDV has done recently. NSW Ambo's helps a little.
3. Don't see the Ground Hog Day analogy.
4. Spec market is being massacred. Probably lucky we have the Duchess lifeline.
