Be on notice, the fllout from the SA event will mean much more cost allocated to renewables, not just the asset cost, but all the associated supporting infrastructure. Eithe rmassive transmission uogrades and grind strengthening and huge interconnectors, or bucket loads of batteries.

The cost of installing renewable will be shown to be well more than just the cost of the local installation. No more free rides on the grid.

As indicated in my first post in this thread the fallout will clearly be something along lines that for every dollar spent on renewable, another dollar spent elsewhere is needed to provide security of supply.

Power just got a wwhole lot more expensive and australian industry has got another kick in the teeth, unless you want to be like Tasmania and live on handouts forever, basket weaving, growing apples and having D&M discussions with the fairies at the bottom of the garden.
