The tone of the communications and the prudence revealed by the financials, certainly bodes well for the character of the management and culture of the business (something i value very highly). In fact my interest was first piqued, a couple of months ago (i think), by some comments made by @travelightor. So i do intend to have a closer look at this business, in the not too distant future.

But, at risk of sounding like a perpetual naysayer, we should keep in mind that we are in the midsts of the mother of all apartment building booms. I dare say all furniture rerailers, in Austealia, are current beneficiaries. I note that HVN has, for the first time in a long time, beaten JBH in same-store sales growth.
