    It still appears to me that the "early significant water cut" at Growler is a concern.

    VPE, being the Operator, made the decision earlier this year to invest money into Growler facilities to handle up to 2000bopd. The targeted rampup was 1200-1800bopd
    VPE have now decided not to rampup production despite the upgraded facilities.
    This suggests something has changed
    We'll see how it turns out.
