TOD had to deliver the message with some scary ideas (we're close to insolvency). That's not news, but he couldn't say "We're all good", because we aren't, yet. He was also making it clear to shareholders that we have no choice but to vote for, or else we're done for.

BUT, if we can get $10m in the tin (easier said than done), we'll be golden and he wouldn't have said what he did.

Let's see if more cash comes in sooner rather than later
