Thumbs up, you hit the nail on the head! Let's focus on fundamentals and execution. The share price will follow eventually. First let's get this second hand plant to Mt. Carbine and start production as quickly as possible in order to take advantage of record high tungsten prices. Once this has been achieved, the whole project has been de-risked to some (minor) extent and the share price might reflect this fact accordingly. Once they show they can do it profitably, more share price appreciation is in the cards. The same applies for the x-ray sorter/stockpile and for the hard rock mine phase. It all depends on what happens at Mt. Carbine!
