There is a maintenance issue and it revolved around the BOP on the rig having some issues ( rust) new one ordered just how quickly it gets here 2 - 6 weeks.
No risks as i think Gas Hunter alluded too...they are going to be at sea for a long time.
Also mentioned the 'best of the best operators' being used so just lining up the ducks...
Lots more interesting tid bits too.
Super majors looking at the deep salt plays in KAR's acreage ( 6,000 + metre depths) very keen.
Only using a super major as they have expertise in these depths...and before anyone ...or is that the only cretin who constantly stated BRAZIL is the most inhospitable place on the earth the last 14 holes drilled in Gulf of Mexico were around the 8,000 metre mark ...i know someone will correct me but that is what i have heard.
Remember this is for the sub salt parts of the acreage not the pre salt that already has the 1.995 BOE equivalent as a 'lock' this is the for the part of the P-10 5.6 billion barrels of BOE.
